(GARUD) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) created to redevelop the Gandhinagar Capital Railway Station into a world-class facility and develop a five-star hotel (The Leela Gandhinagar) above the station, along with related urban infrastructure like underpasses and connectivity to Mahatma Mandir and the Exhibition Centre. This is India’s first project integrating a luxury hotel with a railway station. GARUD operates under the Companies Act, 2013, focusing on station redevelopment, hospitality, and urban development in Gandhinagar.
